Standalone
Every Hub service compiled into a single binary, alongside its own database and IAM server — the same docker compose up model as an agent or a site. No Kubernetes to operate, no cluster to maintain. The tradeoff is horizontal scaling.
Cluster
The Hub as a set of services on Kubernetes, scaling horizontally with the operation. The same architecture Khorde runs for the managed cloud tier — full capacity, full operational complexity.
